Refund policy

We are always happy to discuss any questions you might have. If you are local to Canberra, we would recommend visiting us in store, or if you are further away contacting us via phone (02 6248 5651) or by email (mcglades@mcglades.com.au).

We hope you love your purchase, but please bear in mind that we do not offer refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong selection, except in cases of product defects or faults.

However, we want you to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for items returned within 30 days, provided they are in original, unused condition and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs for returning items may apply.

To start a return, you can contact us at mcglades@mcglades.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as personalised or engraved items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
